SUMMARY:V4_Training for Research Project Managers SPRING 2024
DESCRIPTION:V4 Training for Research Project Managers is a training course designed for experienced research managers working in project departments (primarily international: H2020 and Horizon Europe) exclusively at universities\, scientific and research institutes (not companies) in departments responsible for acquisition\, management and reporting. \n\n\n\nThe 15th edition of the V4 Training will take place between 11 and 13 March 2024. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe trainign is organised in Brussels by PolSCA Office together with the Czech Liaison Office for Education and Science (CZELO)\, the National Research\, Development and Innovation Office in Hungary (NRDIO) and the Slovak Liaison Office for Research and Development (SLORD). Its main objective is to enhance the knowledge\, and at the same time the relevance of the activities\, of the staff of the project departments at the institutes\, which in turn will contribute to increasing Polish participation in the Horizon Europe framework programme. \n\n\n\nThe total number of participants from each Visegrad Group country and from countries associated in IGLO (Informal Group of RTD Liaison Offices) is 35 people\, including 7 managers from Poland: \n\n\n\nDominika Butkiewicz\, University of GdanskMonika Betlej\, Wroclaw University of Science and TechnologyKamila Plis\, Mammal Research Institute\, PASEliza Wawrzyn\, Łukasiewicz Research Network – Industrial Chemistry InstituteMagdalena Chomicka\, Institute of Fundamental Technological Research\, PASKinga Miłosz\, IMol International Institute of Molecular Mechanisms and Machines\, PASMaria Ciarka\, Space Research Centre\, PAS \n\n\n\nThe programme includes speeches by representatives of the European Commission\, experts from liaison offices and Belgian universities. In addition\, participants are encouraged to exchange experiences during group work and networking meetings.
