SUMMARY:Horizon Europe Navigators MeetUp: Project Management with focus on PM2
DESCRIPTION:An upcoming meeting of the network of research managers and administrators across institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences\, known as the Horizon Europe Navigators\,  will try to answer questions such as: How to effectively plan\, conduct and monitor research projects in a European environment? What management approach should be chosen for projects of varying scale and complexity? In particular\, we will look at the PM2 methodology – created and developed by the European Commission and widely used in projects funded by EU research programmes. \n\n\n\nThe programme includes: \n\n\n\nProject management – from theory to practice through excellence;\n\n\n\nPM2 – presentation of the tool and its applications in the context of HE;\n\n\n\nQ&A and exchange of experiences with participants.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThe event will be hosted by Dr Justyna Małkuch-Świtalska\, an expert in project management and academic career development\, author of the book ‘Scientific Projects. Management in Practice’\, trainer and coordinator of national and international projects. Our guest will be Nicos Kourounakis\, EU Project Management Consultant and PM2 Expert. \n\n\n\nAGENDA
