The event will provide an excellent opportunity to present and discuss the main policy drivers of the digital transformation of European industry and society. It will also present how the EU research &amp; innovation agenda can best contribute to these objectives. The event will also present the Horizon 2020 Work Programme, and serve as a unique networking platform for ICT enthusiasts and professionals.<\/p>\n<p>ICT Proposers\u2019 Day 2019 will focus on the upcoming calls of the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/programmes\/horizon2020\/en\/what-work-programme\">Horizon 2020 Work Programme<\/a>\u00a0in the field of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/programmes\/horizon2020\/en\/h2020-section\/information-and-communication-technologies\">Information &amp; Communication Technologies<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/digital-single-market\/en\/future-emerging-technologies-fet\">Future and Emerging Technologies (FET)<\/a>, and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/programmes\/horizon2020\/en\/h2020-section\/societal-challenges\">Societal Challenges<\/a>. The event will offer an exceptional opportunity to build quality partnerships with academics, researchers, industrial stakeholders, SMEs and government actors from all over Europe.<\/p>\n<p>The programme:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Networking and Information sessions will include an introduction of upcoming Horizon 2020 calls by Commission officials, and presentations of projects ideas by potential proposers.<\/li>\n<li>Information sessions are designed to present the main features of the work programme and to assist participants on how to prepare and submit a proposal to answer a Horizon 2020 call.<\/li>\n<li>Commission officials will be at your disposal to reply to your questions on ICT-related topics of the 2018-20 work programme and the content of the next calls for proposals.
