{"id":10620,"date":"2023-06-21T15:13:56","date_gmt":"2023-06-21T13:13:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polsca.pan.pl\/en\/?p=10620"},"modified":"2023-06-21T15:27:44","modified_gmt":"2023-06-21T13:27:44","slug":"integration-of-ssh-and-societal-policy-impact-within-biodiversa-calls-2023-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/polsca.pan.pl\/en\/integration-of-ssh-and-societal-policy-impact-within-biodiversa-calls-2023-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Integration of SSH and societal\/policy impact within Biodiversa+ calls 2023 &#038; 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap has-vivid-green-cyan-background-color has-background\">On Friday, June 16 <strong>the Polish Science Contact Agency&nbsp;PolSCA&nbsp;of the&nbsp;Polish Academy of Sciences<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>in&nbsp;Brussels<\/strong>&nbsp;and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncn.gov.pl\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">the National Science Centre, Poland<\/mark>&nbsp;<\/a>held an online information session <\/strong>aiming to introduce new calls to be launched by the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.biodiversa.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Biodiversa+ European Partnership <\/mark><\/a><\/strong>under Horizon Europe framework programme in September 2023 and 2024, as well as to highlight some important aspects to be considered by potential applicants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting was&nbsp;<strong>specifically dedicated to the life sciences (LS), and the social sciences and humanities (SSH) research communit<\/strong>i<strong>es in Poland,<\/strong>&nbsp;and took place just a few days after Biodiversa+ 2023 call pre-announcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this event we provided participants with concise information for potential applicants to the&nbsp;<strong>Biodiversa+ calls 2023 and 2024<\/strong>, with a special focus on SSH researchers being invited to join consortia and to bring important input in research on biodiversity and ecosystem services. Applicants searching for partners are encouraged to use&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/proposals.etag.ee\/biodiversa\/2023\/partner-search\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Partner Search Tool<\/mark><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The call is divided into two stages. In the first stage, joint&nbsp;<strong>pre-proposals<\/strong>&nbsp;should be submitted by&nbsp;<strong>November.<\/strong>&nbsp;The best research teams will be then invited to submit their joint&nbsp;<strong>full proposals&nbsp;<\/strong>in the second stage of the call (in&nbsp;<strong>April<\/strong>).
