Don&#8217;t miss this opportunity to&nbsp;<strong>enhance your competencies and establish valuable contacts<\/strong>&nbsp;in this field \u2013 join the PolSCA study visit in Brussels!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Why Should You Participate?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; First-hand knowledge \u2013 meetings with experts from DG EAC and REA will provide a deeper understanding of MSCA priorities and mechanisms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture (DG EAC) \u2013 where MSCA strategic priorities are shaped.<\/li><li>European Research Executive Agency (REA) \u2013 responsible for implementing and managing MSCA projects at the European level.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Practical guidance \u2013 participate in sessions on effective proposal writing, project evaluation, and grant management.<br>&#8211; Networking and experience sharing \u2013 engage with representatives of grant offices from leading Polish and Belgian research institutions.<br>&#8211; Increased success in applications \u2013 the knowledge gained will help participating institutions compete more effectively for MSCA funding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Building on the Success of the ERC Study Visit in 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The study visit follows the success of a <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/polsca.pan.pl\/en\/recap-of-the-focus-on-erc-study-visit-for-polish-research-organizations\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/polsca.pan.pl\/en\/recap-of-the-focus-on-erc-study-visit-for-polish-research-organizations\/\" target=\"_blank\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">similar initiative organized by PolSCA in autumn 202<\/mark>3<\/a>, which focused on funding opportunities under the European Research Council (ERC). The visit to the ERC Executive Agency (ERCEA) provided Polish research managers and administrators with a unique insight into ERC funding schemes, proposal evaluation, and best practices for securing ERC grants. This event not only strengthened the Polish scientific community\u2019s expertise in applying for ERC funding, but also led to the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/polsca.pan.pl\/en\/president-of-the-european-research-council-erc-professor-maria-leptin-in-warsaw\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/polsca.pan.pl\/en\/president-of-the-european-research-council-erc-professor-maria-leptin-in-warsaw\/\" target=\"_blank\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">visit of ERC President Prof. Maria Leptin to Warsaw in September 2024<\/mark><\/a>, further reinforcing Poland\u2019s engagement in ERC programmes.
