During a three-day workshop, led by specialists from European institutions in the field of research and innovation, participants had the opportunity to discuss many issues related to the Horizon 2020. However, given presentations were mostly focused on the next Framework Program for 2021-2027- Horizon Europe, e.g. a summary of the strategic planning consultation process. The program encompassed sessions dedicated to, for example, widening tools<\/a> (Teaming, Twinning and ERA-Chair), CO<\/a>S<\/a>T<\/a> or Marie Sk\u0142odowska-Curie (MSCA<\/a>) actions and initiatives of European universities, funded under the ERASMUS +<\/a> program. The common denominator of these discussions was support for buidling scientific networks. In addition, the training included sessions on the implementation of good administrative practices or issues of remuneration in EU grants which are important for the project managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n During the training, three more interactive sessions took part. The first of these consisted of short presentations of each participant and was moderated by Mr. Radek Honzak, a communication specialist in the Directorate General for Research and Innovation. The second practical session concerned best practices in project management and was led by representatives of EURADA<\/a> and IrRADIARE<\/a>. The last of these sessions was based on working in groups. The ‘V4 Training’ participants considered specific case studies, sharing their own experiences, describing the biggest challenges and developing joint solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It is worth emphasizing that the third day of training was hosted by the Polish Science Contact Agency in Brussels. On this day, the trainings was held in the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Poland to the EU, and its participants were welcomed by Mrs. Agata Janszczyk – research, innovation and technological development Counsellor.
