- Promotion and support of polish partners in European Union’s framework programmes,
- Cooperation with our counterparts from European countries - members of IGLO network,
- Cooperation with The Polish National Contact Point for Research Programmes of the EU,
- Organisation of events to exchange ideas among Polish scientists and representatives of international research communities based in Brussels including employees of the European Commission and the European Parliament,
- Monitoring of the EU research and innovation policies.

- Scientific, educational and research institutions, industry participating or planning to participate in European Research and Innovation actions,
- Offices representing Polish regional and local government units in Brussels.
