V4 Training for Research Project Managers SPRING 2025

The V4 Training for Research Project Managers is a dedicated event for experienced research project managers working in project offices at universities and research institutions—especially those involved in international projects under H2020 and Horizon Europe.

The 17th edition will take place from April 28 to 30, 2025.

The program features presentations from European Commission representatives, experts from liaison offices, and Belgian universities. Participants are encouraged to actively share knowledge through group work and networking sessions.

A total of 38 participants will attend, including 7 from Poland:

– Krzysztof  Wilczek, Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research PAS
– Katarzyna Styś, Institute of Geophysics PAS
– Katarzyna Hołownicka, Institute of Horticulture – National Research Institute
– Agata Pik, Jagiellonian University
– Mateusz Wielebinski, Poznan University of Economics and Business

The training is organized in Brussels by the PolSCA Office in collaboration with the Czech Liaison Office for Education and Science (CZELO), the National Research, Development and Innovation Office in Hungary (NRDIO), and the Slovak Liaison Office for Research and Development (SLORD). The main goal is to strengthen the expertise of project office staff in research institutions, ultimately aiming to increase Poland’s engagement in the Horizon Europe framework programme.
